John 1:10-14 says "He was in the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him. Jesus (The Word) came to that which was His own (creation), but His own (humanity/me) did not receive Him. Yet, if I receive or take what is offered by Him and believe/trust in Him, He gives me the right to become His child." Then I can really see Him and His Glory through His indwelling Spirit. The blinders are off and I can understand His grace and truth. (see I Corinthians 2:12) He is Grace...He is Truth!
Human Nature is the only part of all nature that refuses to worship God. The stones cry out (Luke 19:40); the heavens declare His glory (Psalm 19:1); the trees of the field clap their hands; the mountains and hills burst into song (Isaiah 55:12b); the rivers clap their hands (Psalm 98:8); the grasslands, hills, meadows, and valleys shout for joy and sing (Psalm 65:12). Why don't we/humans naturally do that? What or who do I worship? The only way I can worship God, as God intended, is to become His child...adopted by Him!
"Let Everything That Has Breath"
Lyrics by Matt Redman
Let everything that,
everything that
Everything that
has breath praise the Lord
Let everything that,
everything that
Everything that
has breath praise the Lord
Praise You in the morning
Praise You in the evening
Praise You when I'm young
and when I'm old
Praise You when I'm laughing
Praise You when I'm grieving
Praise You every
season of the soul
If we could see
how much You're worth
Your power,
Your might,
Your endless love
Then surely we would
never cease to praise
Praise You in the heavens
Join with the angels
Praising You forever and a day
Praise You on the earth now
Join with creation
Calling all the nations to Your praise
If they could see
how much You're worth
Your power,
Your might,
Your endless love
Then surely they would
never cease to praise
I will worship,
I will worship
I will worship
You with every breath
I will worship,
I will worship
I will worship
You with every breath
everything that
Everything that
has breath praise the Lord
Let everything that,
everything that
Everything that
has breath praise the Lord
Praise You in the morning
Praise You in the evening
Praise You when I'm young
and when I'm old
Praise You when I'm laughing
Praise You when I'm grieving
Praise You every
season of the soul
If we could see
how much You're worth
Your power,
Your might,
Your endless love
Then surely we would
never cease to praise
Praise You in the heavens
Join with the angels
Praising You forever and a day
Praise You on the earth now
Join with creation
Calling all the nations to Your praise
If they could see
how much You're worth
Your power,
Your might,
Your endless love
Then surely they would
never cease to praise
I will worship,
I will worship
I will worship
You with every breath
I will worship,
I will worship
I will worship
You with every breath
