Searching

My husband, Pat, takes me on an annual fall road trip where many of my fall pictures are taken.  We drive down back roads and he stops anytime I "see a picture".  Many times he has to back up or turn around to get me back to what I want to see.  He patiently waits while I explore...sometimes wondering where I went or what is taking me so long.  I come back energized after looking all over and searching for anything that catches my eye.  Pat never complains and understands what took me so long after seeing what I found in my pictures.

Below are promises God gives to all of us:

Deuteronomy 4:29 "...seek the LORD your God, you will find Him if you look for Him with all your heart and with all your soul."

Proverbs 2:3 - 6 "...if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding, and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, then you will understand the fear of the LORD and find the knowledge of God.  For the LORD gives wisdom, and from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.

Colossians 2:2 - 3 "....so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasure of wisdom and knowledge.

It takes time and patience to search for hidden treasure, but persistence will be rewarded by what we find! God promises that!  I challenge you to see if this is true!
