Loon sounds have to be one of the most relaxing sounds of God's creation. We are blessed to have a pair of loons on the river this year. Hearing them call to each other causes instant peace and all I can say is ahhhh! These pictures were taken one evening when we were out fishing. We really didn't care that the fish weren't biting. Ask our grandson's how many loons we have in our house!! We count them every time they come ;).
